However, I will leave all you're ads up, just in case people come by here. Thanks for those of you who helped advertise EotM. a. Where is EotM?

Eotm is based in a fictitious city in the state of Washington USA. Henceforth, things probably aren't accurate at all, creative wishes of EotM I suppose.

b. How come there isn't a post example needed in the application form?

Well, from personal knowledge, people will spend all their time on their application post example to make sure it's long and perfect so they're accepted, and then once accepted they slack off. SO, we're putting the onus on you guys! If you think your posting skills compare to the rest of the writers on EotM, or seriously are trying to expand your skills, then welcome! You have about a one month 'probation' period where as the admins of EotM, we will be watching your posting and if you consistently post below average, you will be given a warning.

c. Can I be part of the staff?

On a general basis, we would like to have four staff members at EotM. However, we will only appoint staff positions to those we believe will be an asset to EotM, and have proven themselves to stand out amongst the other members. Staff must be helpful, kind, well-written and online consistently. With that in mind, please do not ask if we will make you staff.

d. More will be added as questions come in
